12. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with operations for seamless service execution
13. Proactively resolve service issues, complaints, and delivery challenges
14. Research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
15. Identify high-potential industries and locations to expand business operations
16. Gather insights on pricing trends and customer expectations to refine sales pitches
17. Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and deal progress in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot
18. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, revenue targets, and market feedback
19. Use sales analytics to identify areas of improvement and optimize strategies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (MBA or PG Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Logistics is a plus but not mandatory)
2. 2-5 years of experience in field sales with a proven track record of closing B2B/B2C deals
3. Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, courier services, or the transportation industry preferred
4. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills
5. Ability to engage decision-makers at various levels, from procurement managers to CXOs
6. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
7. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting tools for sales tracking
8. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
9. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as per location)
