1. Conduct field trips to multiple locations in Bangalore to assess suitability for new small business operations according to specified guidelines
2. Engage with property owners to gather detailed information on rent, lease agreements, and other relevant terms
3. Utilize online tools and resources to support field research and gather additional data as necessary

7. Familiarity with the Bangalore area and its commercial real estate market is a plus.
