Key responsibilities:

1. Work on selling & marketing of Babyhug products to pharmacies/medical shops and hospitals
2. Ensure making the required number of calls daily to prospective customers
3. Work on new lead generation for the company by creating a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling
4. Work on collections for the sales done
5. Engage prospective clients through calls, texts, WhatsApp & emails to understand their requirements and suitably set up meetings
6. Work on achieving sales targets within assigned areas
7. Maintain quality service by following organization standards
8. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Work on new product launches, distribution and visibility
11. Work on sales promotion activities and work site activities to increase the visibility
12. Work on primary & secondary sales
13. Work on hospital visits (pediatric/gynecologist) to manage the distribution of FC box
14. Collect & maintain a record of box distribution
15. Maintain good relations with nursing/hospital staff for hassle-free distribution
16. Work on reporting to the manager
