Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 years experience in field collections, demonstrating excellent sector expertise and practical knowledge.
Must have strong skills in DRA, field collections, and team lead for successful team management and performance (Mandatory skill).
Experience as a collections team lead is required to oversee collection operations and deliver results.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in dynamic environments, ensuring productivity and high morale.
Demonstrated capability in decision-making processes, managing resources, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients, facilitating smooth operations.
Strong analytical skills to assess, interpret and act on various collection data and metrics strategically.
Experience working as a team leader with a successful track record of achieving team and company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage field collection operations to ensure effective and efficient collection strategies.
Oversee team performance, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve desired outcomes.
Develop and implement plans and processes to optimize collection efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth collection activities and address any operational issues.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection strategies, adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations during the collection processes.
Collate and analyze collection data to prepare informative reports for management review.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service throughout all collection activities.
