We're looking for a fashion merchandiser/designer to take ownership of our product collections, enhance customer experiences, and elevate our online catalog.

As a fashion merchandiser/designer, you will take full ownership of our product listings and collections. Your role will bridge the gap between product design, marketing, and e-commerce, ensuring our offerings resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values. From naming and describing products to creating seasonal collections, you'll be at the forefront of how our brand is showcased online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Merchandising:

a. Develop and curate seasonal collections based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand values.
b. Name and describe products with compelling, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our brand voice.
c. Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and engaging, covering materials, fit, style, and unique selling points.
d. Manage product lifecycle, including launches, updates, and discontinuations.

2. Design collaboration:

a. Collaborate with the design team to align product designs with market needs and trends.
b. Provide feedback on product samples and approve digitals for listings, ensuring color accuracy and quality.
c. Work with the creative team to develop visuals and content that enhance product presentation.

3. Inventory & market analysis:

a. Analyze sales data to identify best-sellers, slow movers, and product gaps.
b. Collaborate with production to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.
c. Monitor competitor offerings and trends to ensure our collections stay ahead of the curve.

4. Customer-centric strategies:

a. Use customer feedback to refine collections, product descriptions, and overall user experience.
b. Highlight sustainability and ethical practices in product storytelling to engage conscious consumers.

5. E-commerce optimization:

a. Work closely with the marketing and tech teams to enhance product discoverability and presentation.
b. Regularly audit and update product listings to optimize for search engines and customer preferences.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, design, or a related field.

2. 1-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, design, or e-commerce roles.

3. Strong understanding of trends, fabrics, fits, and design principles.

4. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic familiarity with SEO practices.

5. Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design platforms is a plus.

6. Key skills:

a. Creative storytelling: Ability to craft engaging product names and descriptions.

b. Analytical mindset: Proficiency in sales and trend analysis to refine collections.

c. Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in product listings and visual assets.

d. Collaborative approach: Team player with excellent communication skills.
