1. Achieve periodic fundraising targets by recruiting individual, long-term donors
2. Conduct and participate in face-to-face fundraising activities, including street fundraising and outreach campaigns, in designated locations or areas
3. Approach the public in a courteous and respectful manner to discuss the organization's work and funding needs
4. Communicate the organization's mission, vision, and impact to potential donors, highlighting specific projects and initiatives
5. Solicit donations from individuals, encouraging them to become long-term supporters through regular giving programs or other fundraising initiatives
6. Work closely with the Team Leader to meet periodic fundraising targets, focusing on both quantity and quality of donations
7. Support in developing fundraising techniques and strategies in collaboration with the Team Leader to maximize income for the organization
8. Ensure accurate and complete documentation of donor/supporter in prescribed formats, maintaining daily call records and submitting timely reports
9. Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the organization's values and ethical guidelines in all fundraising activities

We currently employ around 300 staff in 30 locations across India. We are headquartered in Bangalore, with a program office in New Delhi; Our programs are geographically spread across 14 States and One Union Territory.
