About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the membership servicing and engagement at the region along with the head - membership (SR) and ensure that the part achieves key deliverables such as member retention, new membership addition, and overall SOPs
2. Ensure that the Individual member meetings are conducted as per the assigned targets
3. Analyze the key issues faced by members in the region and help in developing the suitable engagement strategies
4. Support the Membership head to formulate & implement strategies in increasing the overall membership both in numbers & revenue
