As an executive assistant (EA), you'll be instrumental in supporting our executive team, ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and travel arrangements
2. Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in strategic initiatives
3. Liaise between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
4. Handle confidential information discreetly
5. Assist in project management tasks and anticipate executive needs
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree from IIT, IIM, or top 10 business schools
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
