7. Capture data into digital databases and perform regular backups
8. Update and maintain databases, archives, and filing systems
9. Monitor and review databases and correct errors or inconsistencies

11. Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed
12. Perform clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed
