We are seeking dedicated Proctors/Invigilators to oversee and maintain the integrity of both in-person and online exams and assessments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exam compliance, assisting with technical issues, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless testing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor exams (both live online and in-person) to uphold the integrity of the testing environment.
2. Verify candidate identities and adhere to strict protocols to prevent any breaches.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and offer support during the exam.
4. Provide customer service and timely assistance to participants to ensure a smooth experience.
5. Report irregularities by documenting any incidents or breaches of protocol during the exam.
6. Follow confidentiality and exam guidelines strictly to maintain a secure testing environment.
1. Experience: Prior experience in proctoring, monitoring exams, or online assessments is a plus.
2. Skills: Strong communication, excellent customer service, and effective troubleshooting skills.
3. Detail-Oriented: Ability to strictly adhere to protocols and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
4. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology to facilitate online assessments and support candidates.
5. Education: Minimum qualification of a 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,28,000 - 2,29,000 /year
