Peppermint Communications Private Limited is looking for a results-driven event manager with experience in managing and supporting small and big events to join our team. Our event manager will be responsible for bringing our events to life and ensuring that everything goes according to plan. The successful candidate must have proven experience and be a highly organized and creative thinker. Our event manager will be responsible for creating and managing timelines and budgets, developing comprehensive plans, and staying one step ahead of the competition.

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with the design and planning of various events with a focus on maximizing efficiency
2. Create budgets and manage expenses within budgetary constraints
3. Coordinate and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
4. Develop and coordinate marketing plans
5. Track event timeline and ensure deadlines are met
6. Assess and monitor event progress, results and collect feedback
Skill(s) required
Earn certifications in these skills
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
