Event Management Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with vendors from the event industry, negotiating terms to secure the best services and prices for each event
2. Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their vision is captured and realized in every design detail
3. Oversee event planning, manage logistics, and ensure seamless on-site execution to deliver exceptional experiences
4. Collaborate closely with the founder to develop creative concepts and unique event designs that align with Anukriti Stories' brand
5. Travel to various event locations for on-site coordination and management

Requirements:

1. Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the event industry
2. Demonstrate strong creative flair to bring unique concepts to life and add a distinct touch to each event
3. Negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with clients and vendors
4. Think on your feet to tackle unexpected challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability
5. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations
6. Be willing and able to travel to event sites as needed
