Event Management Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take full ownership of the event, such as taking the event live online for sales, box office, and gate management
2. Work closely with the client on-ground and fulfill requirements as per the events
3. Build partnerships with local vendors & venues for the events
4. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to make sure everything adheres to the client's standards
5. Assess the overall event success and submit findings
6. Support implementation of the communication plan for all events under the direction of the manager
7. Manage event inventory (PDAs, printers, lanyards, etc)
9. Prepare reports/reconciliation post events
10. Coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders

Required:

1. Ability to manage the ticketing for events/sports/plays all over the country whenever required
2. 1-4 years of experience preferably in the event management background
