Job Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Engineer Stores & Dispatch to join our team at TOKAI RIKA MINDA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. This is a Full-Time position based in Behror. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in store management (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of best practices in inventory control.
Experience in handling dispatch operations (Mandatory skill) in an efficient and timely manner.
Proficiency with generating goods receipt notes (GRN) (Mandatory skill) and other essential documentation processes.
Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, etc.
Effective customer handling skills to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Capability to work within cross-functional teams (CFT) to achieve business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the entire store management process, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Generate and manage goods receipt notes (GRN) to maintain accurate records.
Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to streamline processes and drive performance improvements.
Monitor and report on key metrics related to warehouse operations and inventory levels.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store and dispatch operations.
Earn certifications in these skills
