About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Guide and counsel students/prospects to different programs
2. Work and act as an advisor for students' well-being by guiding them in the right direction for their educational advancement
3. Engage in making outgoing calls in order to inform products & services and identify potential leads
4. Work on following up with high potential leads
5. Interact with university delegates for the admission processing
6. Assist the students in applications processing, loan, etc.
7. Participate in educational fairs
8. Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
9. Counsel students regarding educational issues such as courses and program selection, class scheduling, batch adjustment, study habits and career planning
10. Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals
11. Report to the management on MIS regarding successful enrollment of students

Salary

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%

Requirements:

1. Any graduate or postgraduate
2. Candidates with efficient knowledge about the education system
3. Excellent communication skills
4. 0- 2 year of experience as a counsellor in ed-tech industry
5. Basic knowledge of computers
6. Target oriented approach with problem solving and presentable skills
7. Strong sales ability to convert enquiry in to admission
