About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy for Radiance Overseas products and brands
2. Manage and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date and functional, and communicate/coordinate with tech vendor for its updation
3. Manage online product listings and optimize for maximum visibility and sales
Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, including site traffic, sales, and conversion rates
4. Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales
5. Collaborate with the other teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders
6. Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
7. Work with external vendors and partners as necessary to support e-commerce initiatives

2+ years of experience in e-commerce development or related field

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce

Understanding of online marketing channels, such as email, social media, and search engine optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
