Digital Trainer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable to the program
2. Conduct classes as per schedule and methodology
3. Ensure student attendance and participation in the sessions
4. Maintain progress reports of students, handling internal MIS system (encore) and involving day-to-day reporting
5. Help with students mobilization in nearby communities & supporting centers to maintain infrastructure.
6. Achieve the monthly targets with efficiency and quality
7. Maintain a pool of alumni and conduct regular alumni events and assessments

Requirements:

1. Preferred skill sets, years of experience, and professional background
2. Any graduate preferably with an IT background
3. Good technical knowledge and basic knowledge of digital marketing
4. Should know about applying Aadhar card, pan card, voter id card, etc.
5. Strong people management and orientation toward relationship building strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
6. Should have digital proficiency and is comfortable and up to date with changes in technology
7. Should understand the importance of technology and believe in the cause to reduce the digital divide in society
