1. Build thorough understanding of client's brand, business, brand, customers and competitive landscape and provide strategic guidance in building requisite digital marketing initiatives.
2. Drive strategic client engagements on performance strategy, media planning, account growth and revenue.
3. Manage end-to-end product listings, content, and optimization across multiple ecommerce platforms.
4. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability on each marketplace.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize listings and improve conversion rates.
6. Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies to proactively adjust strategies.
8. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
9. Drive internal projects to completion and enable team to address any challenges.
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.
10. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
11. Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
12. Deliver quality work within deadlines. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
13. Report on campaign whenever required.
14. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
15. Inside out knowledge of client business.
16. Daily communication with clients to provide updates and collect feedback.
