About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Content creation - Creating and posting content to the company's website and social media.
2. Coordinate with on ground team/agency for venue videos and user feedback video content creation
3. User engagement - Engaging with users on social media and tracking their interests and hobbies
4. SEO/Blog - Tailoring site content to specific niches and track website traffic and app downloads
5. Promotional Offers - Collaborate with sales team to launch promotional offer for users.
6. Run performance marketing campaigns with focus on ROI.
7. Communication - Plan monthly newsletter for partners and users of the platform. 8. Oversee conventional marketing activities, such as print advertising, direct mail, events.
9. Brand consistency - Ensuring that all content and interactions align with the brand's values, guidelines, and aesthetics.
10. Weekly Report - Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

5. Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, CRM systems).

6. Knowledge of conventional marketing techniques and strategies.

7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

10. Experience in consumer tech/ecommerce/Sports business is a plus.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,70,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,20,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 - 1,50,000 /year
