About the job

Key responsibilities:

I. Social media management:

1. Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion rates using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
3. Content Creation: Create and curate platform-specific content that aligns with marketing goals and resonates with target audiences.
4. Data Analysis: Utilize social media analytics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.

II. Performance marketing:

1. Multi-Channel Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
2. Budget Management: Allocate and adjust marketing budgets based on performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) for maximum efficiency.
3. Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaigns using metrics like ROAS, CPM, and CTR to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
4. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements using platforms such as Google Optimize and Facebook Experiments to optimize performance.

III. SEO strategy & execution:

1. Auditing: Conduct audits using tools like Moz, Screaming Frog, and SEMrush to assess meta tags, schema markup, and backlinks.
2. Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement and enhance organic traffic.
3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize on-page elements (titles, headers, images, internal links) to ensure all pages are crawlable and indexed by search engines.
4. SEO Metrics Tracking: Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, search rankings, and click-through rates using Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
5. Hands-On Implementation: Engage in the practical application of SEO strategies, focusing on implementing changes based on analysis and testing results to drive organic growth.
