Digital Marketing Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain our social media channel
2. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
5. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
7. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
8. Work on instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels(lead generation)
9. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if required
10. Evaluate emerging technologies
11. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or any other related field
2. Great problem-solving skills
3. Paid to campaign knowledge (PPC, Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
4. Digital marketing experience in the ed-tech field is preferred
5. The candidate must have experience in managing a team
6. Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe
7. A proficient user of Canva
8. Proficiency in Google Analytics
9. Should be able to handle the entire marketing team of the company
10. Extensive experience in paid advertising (Google ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, etc.)
