Digital Marketing Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Designs, builds and maintains our social media presence.
3. Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4. Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
6. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong track record of success
2. Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Pixel, and Ad Account structures
3. Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
5. Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B/B2C campaigns (preferred)
6. Creative mindset with an eye for high-performing ad creatives and copy
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
