1. Ideate, shoot, and edit day-to-day content in the form of photos, graphics, videos, and GIFs primarily for our social media channels
2. Create content for social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
3. Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
4. Schedule and upload posts on a regular basis
5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
6. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
7. Communicate customer concerns and needs to respective departments
8. Develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages
9. Coordinate social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals
10. Enhance the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue
11. Engage with followers and communicate any request from the same with concerned teams
12. Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action
13. Manage and monitor the social media handles of the organization and its clients end-to-end
Required:
1. Bachelor's in any field
2. Prior experience with a digital marketing agency is a plus
3. Ability to work independently
4. Impressive communication skills; written and verbal
5. Analytical and multitasking skills
6. Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
7. Self-motivated & confident
8. Excellent understanding of social media concepts and best practices
