Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and business analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMRush, etc.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and business process flows
Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
