About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Interface with clients to understand their digital marketing and business requirements
2. Create monthly and weekly digital marketing reports for clients
3. Develop draft business proposals and collaborate with the team to finalize them
4. Have a good grasp of analytics and reports to provide insights and recommendations to clients
5. Understand business processes from a CRM/ERP point of view and draft CRM/ERP business flows
6. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, including Google & Facebook Ads, search engine optimization, social media content marketing and advertising, influencer marketing, etc.
7. Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet client goals and objectives
8. Monitor and report on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and achieve business goals
10. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to build and maintain strong relationships

Business Analysis Business Research Digital Advertising Digital Marketing ERP Implementation and Deployment Facebook Marketing Google Analytics

Other requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and business analytics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMRush, etc.

Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and business process flows

Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
