Design Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials related to the client
2. Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type, and style, and submitting them for approval
3. Understand client requirements related to design and layout
4. Develop a design brief that reflects the client's requirements
5. Have in-depth knowledge of visual/communication design language and the ability to translate the understanding into visually appealing design communication
6. Demonstrate illustrative and sketching skills
7. Understand annual reports, sustainability reports, and ESG reports
8. Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received
9. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints are error-free and reflect client specifications

Skills required:

1. Proficient in working with design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
2. Ability to handle the design of 2-3 reports at a time
3. Good grasp of the visual/communication design language
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Team player and deadline-oriented
6. The ability to illustrate and paint will be a huge added advantage
7. Prior experience in designing reports will be an added advantage
