Key responsibilities:

1. Generating leads from SEO, SEM, SMM/SMO, and other channels
2. Reviewing and tracking all inbound/outbound calls
3. Conducting company presentations to clients
4. Visiting clients on demand
5. Acting as the Key Account Manager for prominent customers
6. Maintaining the client database based on scope and revenue
7. Conducting competition analysis
8. Understanding clients' business goals and providing inputs to the execution team to accomplish those goals
