3. Point of Contact (POC):
a. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication related to the delivery process.
b. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the transport team, clients, and vendors.
4. Time-Bound Delivery:
a. Implement and maintain delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries to clients.
b. Proactively identify potential delays and implement solutions to meet committed delivery timelines.
5. Quality Assurance:
a. Conduct thorough inspections of goods before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.
b. Monitor and track deliveries in real-time, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations.
6. Customer Service:
a. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to deliveries promptly.
b. Offer proactive updates to clients regarding the status of their deliveries and expected delivery times.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
a. Identify and troubleshoot any delivery-related challenges, taking appropriate actions to resolve them efficiently.
b. Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to address recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
8. Delivery Confirmation:
a. Follow up with clients after each delivery to confirm successful receipt of goods.
b. Record and maintain delivery confirmation records for future reference and reporting.
9. Continuous Improvement:
