Process: Hindi voice support
Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Shift: Rotational day shift( 6 days working & sunday rotational week off).
Languages : Excellent English and Hindi
Exp : 6 months minimum experience in Customer Support preferrably with sales/ telesales experience- Outbound Process. Candidates with excellent Hindi and English speaking communication required. Smart candidates with good persuasion skills are required.
Responsibilities :
* Typical Outbound Process* Connecting with existing customers to upsell/ cross sell the products and services.*Should be able to meet the targets that are assigned.* Generating revenue for the Organization will be the primary responsibility. * Must consult and recommend suitable product and services to the customer according to their need.
Salary : 2.80 -3.00LPA
