Customer Support Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms
2. Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and professionally
3. Provide accurate product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps or processes
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system
5. Follow up with customers to ensure that issues are fully resolved and their experience meets company standards
6. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to provide solutions to customer issues
7. Identify opportunities for improving customer service and suggest enhancements to internal processes
8. Ensure all communication is clear, empathetic, and consistent with the company's tone and values
9. Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
