About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Resolve chats raised by the customers through their app which requires coordination between the pickup and delivery executives and stores.
2. Deal with situations where the customer may raise a ticket for the following reasons: Order status, cancellation, delivery instruction, location issue, etc.
3. Work on an inbound chat to provide support in the customer service activity by answering customers and making outcalls to PDPs or stores related to their orders.
4. Establish relationships and trust with customers/PDPs/stores by ensuring qualitative service required.

Other requirements

1. Fluent in English with a good understanding of grammar.

2. Should be able to reconstruct passages and write professional emails.

3. Should be able to score more than 60 on Versant written test.

4. Typing speed should be more than 35 WPM.

5. Should do the night shift.

Salary
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
