Job Overview
Vilvah Store Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer queries accurately via phone, email or chat on time.
It is a full time job and is suitable for the candidates with the experience of 1 - 3 years in Customer Support Role in a Beauty or Skincare Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in administration or related field
Fresher / 1 to 3 years of Experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar CS role is eligible to apply for this role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Multi-tasking abilities
Patience when handling tough cases
