About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the task aligned to representatives offering customer support
2. Overseeing the customer service process
3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
4. Creating policies and procedures
5. Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
6. Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
7. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team

Requirements:

1. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
2. Candidates who stay near Dadar or in the Western Line would be preferred
