We, at Supernova, are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer success executive to join our team and work with us on transforming education with our innovative AI-enabled spoken English learning product. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spoken English instruction and feedback to kids.
Key responsibilities:
1. Give feedback to students on chat regarding daily assignments
2. Motivate/Encourage students on chat
3. Provide feedback to the product team if students face any issues or difficulties with Supernova program
4. Resolve and handle complaints on chat
Desired previous experience:
1. Experience in teaching
2. Experience in call-center operations/experience in providing services to students
3. Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil is important, while knowledge of other languages is advantageous
4. Experience working collaboratively with other educators, instructional designers, or product teams to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences and align teaching methods with program objectives
5. First-principled problem-solving experience and strong RCA skills
6. Answering potential customer's questions and sending additional information through chat
7. Keeping up with product and service information and updates
8. Explaining and demonstrating the features of products and services
KPIs: Operational KPIs include but not limited to:
1. On-time feedback and conflict resolution
2. Onboarding TATs
3. First response times
4. Number of students handled per teacher ops executive
