Key responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and employers.
2. Collaborate closely with Ed-Tech and Training Centers to understand the skill sets of their students.
3. Act as a liaison between students and potential employers, facilitating interviews and job placements.
4. Provide guidance to students on career pathways, interview preparation, and professional development.
5. Track and analyze placement metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and employer needs to enhance placement success.
7. Leverage our platform to streamline and optimize the placement process.
