We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Agents in a soft collections process. Help us recover due payments while enjoying:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make soft collection calls to customers to resolve outstanding balances
2. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies
3. Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high-quality standards

Job Opening: US-Based First Party Collections Process (Bread)
Salary: 17,000 - 32,000 per month + 2,000 Performance Bonus + 1,000 Attendance Bonus

Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)
