As a 'Customer Service Executive' at Food Collective a sister concern company of Ankush Enterprise, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where your skills in client relationship management, effective communication, negotiation, problem-solving, time management, and operations will be put to the test. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be essential in ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions and exceptional customer service.
2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
3. Utilize your negotiation skills to resolve issues and find mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and the client.
4. Manage your time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
5. Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office tools to maintain accurate records, track progress, and generate reports for management.
6. Demonstrate fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
7. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Remuneration/ Salary: 25 k to 30 K Per Month
