About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
2. Log issues as tickets and communicate with the technical team about ticket status.
3. Understand customer needs and assist in using product features effectively.
4. Clarify complaints, determine root causes, and provide timely solutions.
5. Route customers to appropriate personnel if unable to resolve issues directly.
6. Engage potential customers by addressing inquiries and providing detailed information.
7. Monitor social media for customer complaints and proactively assist.
8. Share customer feedback and insights with the team for improvement.
9. Inform customers about new features and updates regularly.
10. Maintain internal databases with technical concerns and useful discussions.
11. Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after resolving issues.
12. Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
13. Analyze customer needs and recommend potential products or services.
14. Keep weekly reports on inquiries and feedback to identify trends.
15. Assist in peer training to enhance customer support skills.
16. Attend meetings with the technical team to discuss pending issues and updates.
17. Manage support emails efficiently for timely responses.
18. Confirm resolution with clients after issues are resolved.
19. Close all assigned tickets by the end of the day for timely resolution.
