Customer Service Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

2. Customer needs: Identify and address customer needs, including questions about products, services, and pricing
3. Customer complaints: Resolve customer complaints and handle returns and exchanges
4. Customer satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services
5. Follow-up: Follow up with customers to check their satisfaction with their purchases
6. Product knowledge: Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
7. Sales targets: Meet customer-service department sales targets and generate leads
8. Company guidelines: Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications
9. Process improvements: Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency
