About the job
Picostone is looking for an experienced and passionate customer service executive who has excellent proficiency in written English. You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic customer service team that provides exceptional service and support to customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
2. Monitor customer feedback and take preventive action to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date
4. Work with management to develop strategies for customer experience enhancement
5. Develop and maintain a customer relationship management database
6. Monitor customer service performance metrics and adjust processes and procedures accordingly
7. Identify trends in customer behavior and suggest improvements
8. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments

Requirements:

1. Engineering graduates preferred
