Key responsibilities:

1. Escalate the queries of the customer via call, phone & chat and mail
2. Resolve the customer issue for international customers
3. Provide the best resolution to the customers
4. Maintain a good relationship with the customers
5. Meet the customer s requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries

Note: Minimum 12th pass required.
