About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth
2. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
3. Conducting quality assurance on all produced documents including research articles, review articles, books, etc.
4. Keeping the clients updated about the latest services
5. Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
6. Understanding the customer's problem and troubleshooting it with an optimal and effective solution
