Customer Service Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
2. Follow up to ensure the resolution
3. Protectively attend and respond to phone calls and e-mails
3. Keep records of customer interactions
4. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
6. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
7. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
8. Assure a satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers
9. Maintain a polite attitude towards customers when interacting on call

Requirements :

1. Prior experience in the fitness industry would be an add-on
2. Must be comfortable with answering multiple calls per day
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Decent command of spoken English with fluency
5. Graduate candidates or candidates awaiting results can apply
6. Should have a go-getter attitude
7. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
