Customer Relationship Management Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer all calls and resolve queries, including those related to reports
2. Assign all home visit leads to technicians within the turnaround time (TAT) of 2 hours during working hours
3. Maintain daily records of all leads in an Excel file, including their payment details
4. Maintain daily records of all technician visits
5. Maintain daily records of all canceled visits and ensure a minimum or no cancellation of home visits
6. Prepare and dispatch reports and bills via email
7. Process all online payments received from home visit technicians, sales teams, and any other departments
8. Coordinate with patients to reschedule visits as necessary
9. Resolve customer complaints and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
10. Ensure adherence to the formal dress code as per HR policies
11. Upload bulk data to Google Drive
12. Clear any outstanding dues shared by the Finance team for the Home Visit department
13. Collect patient feedback and develop action plans for areas needing improvement
14. Accession: Enter details of samples received, generate barcodes, and follow the established process
15. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Lab Head
