Key responsibilities:

1 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
2 Assist customers with product information, order placement, billing inquiries, and account management.
3 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience.
4 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
5 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6 Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
7 Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
8 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
9 Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
10 Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
