About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage incoming call and customer services.
2. Provide accurate valid and complete information generating sales and leads that develop new customer.
3. Validate the customer details and account identifying and assessing customer need to satisfaction.

Note:

1. 6 day working process, 8 AM - 8 PM, 9 hour rotational shift and week off.
2. Male WFO: 8 AM - 8 PM work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational weekly off (as per process roster).
3. Female WFO: 8 AM - 6 PM window work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational weekly off (as per process roster).
