1. Obtain a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
2. Demonstrate proven experience with CRM systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)
3. Utilize a technical background in robotics, automation, or a related industry
4. Manage service tickets and technical workflows in a customer-facing environment
5. Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to manage and prioritize multiple tickets
6. Apply excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot technical issues
7. Communicate effectively to interact with both technical and non-technical customers
8. Show proficiency in CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and basic data analysis tools
9. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (service, engineering, sales)
10. Possess knowledge of robotics systems or experience in a technical support environment (highly desirable)
