Corporate Sales Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
2. Sales strategy and planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and targets
3. Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities
4. Sales performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales targets are met
5. Recruitment and training: Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members. Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team
