Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound calling for customer service.
2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5. Conduct follow-ups to ensure complete resolution of issues.
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.
7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
8. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
9. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
