You will be required to work closely with our marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless experience.

2. Respond to customer queries via phone, email or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
3. Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase.
4. Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services to meet their requirements.
