1. Meeting talents either face-to-face, via video conference, or over the phone to sell services
2. Selling services and follow-ups with potential talents
3. Negotiating sales, package discounts
4. Answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros & cons of various services that are offered
5. Tracking the progress toward goals and documenting sales performance
6. Taking notes of meeting recordings and transcribing them into our CRM
7. Meeting sales projections, generating ongoing sales opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals
8. Coordinating with sales management and completing sales reporting and forecasting processes for all global sales channels
9. Establishing targeted customers and building a good relationship with them
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or a related field
2. Possess strong communication skills
3. Excellent pitching abilities
4. Understanding and having some knowledge about the entertainment industry
